Nevada Revised Statutes Title 48. Water § 543.368. Location of improvement along or across public road or highway

Any improvement pursuant to NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive, may be located, constructed and maintained in, along or across any public road or highway in the district in a manner that affords security for life and property. The board shall restore or cause to be restored the road or highway to its former condition as nearly as may be, in order not to impair its usefulness.
