Nevada Revised Statutes Title 48. Water § 543.195. Publication of notice

When notice is required to be given by publication pursuant to NRS 543.170 to 543.830, inclusive, publication must be made at least once each week for 3 consecutive weeks in at least one newspaper of general circulation in the district. It is not necessary that publication be made on the same day of the week in each of the 3 calendar weeks, but the first publication must be at least 15 days before the designated time or event.
