Nevada Revised Statutes Title 48. Water § 539.746. Recording of order excluding land or changing boundaries with plat

If lands are excluded, or the boundary lines changed pursuant to NRS 539.736 to 539.748, inclusive, a copy of the order certified by the secretary of the district, with a plat of the land excluded or change in boundary made, shall be filed for record in the office of the county recorder of the county or counties in which such land or lands are situated, and it shall be evidence for all purposes of the facts it purports to the State.
