The question submitted to the voters pursuant to NRS 539.433 must be substantially in the following form: Shall the improvement of Local Improvement District No.________ (briefly describing it) be authorized and the indebtedness therefor, estimated in the sum of ________ dollars, be incurred and paid in the manner following (briefly stating the method of payment, whether by bonds, notes or certificates of indebtedness and the time or times of payment, together with the rate of interest)?
