Nevada Revised Statutes Title 48. Water § 539.313. Annual levy or imposition of tolls or charges to meet payments

The board of directors annually shall levy an assessment or impose and cause to be collected tolls or charges sufficient to raise the money necessary to meet all payments when due as provided in the contract.
