Any logging permit may be suspended or revoked for any of the following reasons:
1. Failure to comply with:
(a) The forest practice rules or regulations;
(b) The conditions of the permit;
(c) The original logging plan; or
(d) Any accepted alternate logging plan.
2. Refusal to allow any inspection by the State Forester Firewarden or the agent of the State Forester Firewarden.
3. Inadequate performance bond.
4. Operating ground-based equipment on saturated soil.
