Nevada Revised Statutes Title 47. Forestry; Forest Products and Flora § 528.0173. “Ground-based equipment” defined

“Ground-based equipment” means mobile equipment, including, without limitation, tractors, dozers, skidders, excavators, loaders, mechanized harvesters and forwarders, that are used for harvesting, site preparation or slash hazard reduction.
