Nevada Revised Statutes Title 47. Forestry; Forest Products and Flora § 527.030. Issue of fact as to title to real property

If an issue of fact be joined, as to the title to real property, in any action under the provisions of NRS 527.010 to 527.040, inclusive, the action shall thereupon be certified by the justice of the peace in whose court it may be pending to the district court of the same county, and therein tried and finally determined as if the same had been originally commenced therein.
