Nevada Revised Statutes Title 45. Wildlife § 504.155. Receipt of money by Department;  accounting and disbursement

All gifts, grants, fees and appropriations of money received by the Department for the prevention and mitigation of damage caused by elk or game mammals not native to this State, and the interest and income earned on the money, less any applicable charges, must be accounted for separately within the Wildlife Account and may only be disbursed as provided in the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 504.165.
