1. It is unlawful for any person to hunt game mammals or game birds other than at the times of day which are set for such hunting by the Commission.
2. Where no time is set by the Commission, it is unlawful for any person at any time to hunt game mammals or game birds except between sunrise and sunset, the same to be considered according to government time reports.
