Nevada Revised Statutes Title 45. Wildlife § 501.118. Manner of publication of order or regulation regarding seasons, bag limits or hours

Whenever the Commission is required to publish any official order or regulation regarding open or closed seasons, bag limits or hours, it shall publish once in each case, in a newspaper of general circulation in the State of Nevada or in the locality to which the order or regulation applies a notice of intention to establish the order or regulation at an open meeting to be held on a date no sooner than 10 days following the publication.
