Upon the expiration of 20 days after the filing of the report or reports, or at such further time as may be appointed therefor, if the motion and notice shall not have been made and given as provided in NRS 495.160, and if the proceedings of the commissioners appear to have been done correctly and properly, the court shall confirm each of the reports and certify the same thereon.
