“Charitable game” means a bingo, poker or blackjack game that is operated by a qualified organization pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The term does not include any other game or gambling game specified in NRS 463.0152, including without limitation, any game which requires the use of a gaming device, or any wagers on horse races, other animal races, sporting events or other events.
