A city or county shall not issue a business license for a mobile home park unless the person applying for the business license provides written proof from the agency for enforcement that the mobile home park is in compliance with all applicable fire, health and safety codes and regulations and the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
