Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 459.350. Person exempt from licensing may be required to observe or perform remedial work

The State Board of Health may require persons who are exempt from licensing to monitor or perform remedial work with respect to by-product material or uranium or thorium on their property and to obey such other regulations as the Board deems necessary to protect health or minimize danger to life or property.
