Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 457.280. Limitation on civil and criminal liability

No person or organization providing information to the Division in accordance with NRS 457.230, 457.240 and 457.250 may be held liable in a civil or criminal action for divulging confidential information unless the person or organization has done so in bad faith or with malicious purpose.
