If any person or association, after service upon the person or association of a cease and desist order issued by the Division under this chapter, persists in prescribing, recommending or using the drug, medicine, compound or device described in the order, any district court, on application of the Division, may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining such person or association from prescribing, recommending or using such drug, medicine, compound or device or any substantially similar drug, medicine, compound or device.
