Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 454.301. Conditions under which practitioner or veterinarian may furnish drugs without prescription

A veterinarian may furnish multiple doses of drugs, necessary for the treatment of large animals, to ranchers or dealers in livestock for use solely in the treatment of livestock on the premises of the rancher or dealer, and when furnishing those drugs the veterinarian is not required to comply with the provisions of subsection 1, except for subparagraph (2) of paragraph (c).
