Each cemetery for pets shall post in a conspicuous place in each office where sales are conducted and at or near the entrance of the cemetery or its administration building if readily accessible to the public, a legible sign containing the following information in the order and manner set forth below:

2. The president and secretary of the cemetery or two officers authorized by the cemetery authority shall annually inspect each sign to ensure compliance with this section.
