A cemetery authority shall not use any crypt or niche for the entombment or inurnment of human remains unless a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the State Board of Health or the local building or public works department, depending upon which authority supervised the construction under NRS 452.210, for the occupancy of any such crypt or niche.
