Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 451.300. Petition for confirmation; notice of hearing

Petitions for confirmation of sales shall be made to the district court of the county in which such lands are situated, and the clerk of the court shall fix a day for and give notice of hearing by publication on three dates of publication prior to the hearing, and if the newspaper is published oftener than once a week there shall be at least 10 days from the first to last dates of publication (both first and last days included).
