An applicant for any permit, license or certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall furnish to the health authority a complete set of the applicant’s fingerprints and written permission authorizing the health authority to forward those fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report. The health authority may exchange with the Federal Bureau of Investigation any information respecting the fingerprints of an applicant.
