Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 450B.710. “Authorized entity”  defined

As used in NRS 450B.710 to 450B.716, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “authorized entity” means any public or private entity where allergens capable of causing anaphylaxis may be present on the premises of the entity or in connection with activities conducted by the entity.  Such an entity may include, without limitation, a restaurant, recreation program, sports league, amusement park, stadium or arena.  The term does not include a public or private school.
