Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 450.610. Resolution creating district

If after a hearing, the board of county commissioners determines that the creation of the proposed hospital district is desirable, the board shall by resolution provide for the creation of such district, designating the name of the district and establishing the boundaries of the district.
