Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 450.045. Approval of bond issue; appointment of board of hospital trustees; issuance and sale of bonds

Whenever a question of issuing bonds submitted to the qualified electors of any county pursuant to NRS 450.030, 450.040 or 450.043 has been approved as provided in NRS 350.070, the board or boards of county commissioners shall immediately proceed to appoint the board of hospital trustees and shall proceed to issue and sell the bonds as provided in NRS 450.010 to 450.510, inclusive, subject to the provisions of the Local Government Securities Law.
