Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 449.24195. Applicability of provisions concerning surgical technology

NRS 449.24185 and 449.2419 do not apply to a person who is licensed or certified pursuant to title 54 of NRS and performs an activity listed in NRS 449.2417 that is within the scope of such licensure or certification.
