Each program for alcohol or other substance use disorders operated or provided by a facility for transitional living for released offenders must be certified by the Division in accordance with the requirements set forth in chapter 458 of NRS and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. As used in this section, “program for alcohol or other substance use disorders” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 458.010.
