Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 445A.725. Provisions of title 48 of NRS unaffected

Nothing in NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive, shall be construed to amend, modify or supersede the provisions of title 48 of NRS or any rule, regulation or order promulgated or issued thereunder by the State Engineer.
