Every construction or labor camp must have convenient and suitable toilet facilities or portable facilities for temporarily holding sewage that is treated with chemicals which must be kept in a clean and sanitary state. The toilet facilities and portable facilities must conform to the provisions of the Uniform Plumbing Code of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, as adopted by the Division, and all applicable administrative regulations which pertain to the disposal of sewage.
