Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 441A.350. Establishment and support of clinics

The health authority may establish such clinics as it believes are necessary for the prevention and control of, and for the treatment and cure of, persons who have tuberculosis and provide those clinics with financial or other assistance within the limits of the available appropriations and any other resources.
