“Isolation” means the physical separation and confinement of a person or a group of persons infected or reasonably believed by a health authority to be infected with a communicable disease from persons who are not infected with and have not been exposed to the communicable disease, to limit the transmission of the communicable disease to persons who are not infected with and have not been exposed to the communicable disease.
