Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 440.305. Certificate of birth: State Registrar to change name on certificate upon request of certain persons

Upon request of a person or his or her parent, guardian or legal representative, and after receipt of a certified copy of an order of the court changing the name of such person, whether such order was entered prior or subsequent to July 1, 1960, the State Registrar shall indicate the change of name on the certificate of birth of such person.
