Nevada Revised Statutes Title 40. Public Health and Safety § 439.440. Inclusion of city in county or district health department

The governing authorities of any incorporated city may abolish the offices of the city board of health and the office of the city health officer for such city and thereby signify the city's consent to be included in a county or district health department. The powers and duties of the city board of health and the city health officer shall devolve upon the county or district health department.
