The Department, through the Division, may accept and direct the disbursement of money appropriated by any Act of Congress and apportioned or allocated to the State of Nevada for health purposes. This federal money must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the State Division of Public and Behavioral Health Federal Account within the State General Fund.
