Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 435.176. “Jobs and day training services” defined

(a) For compensation;

(b) In a division facility or in the community; and

(c) To a person with an intellectual disability or a person with a developmental disability who is served by the Division; and

(a) Learning or maintaining skills;

(b) Succeeding in paid or unpaid employment;

(c) Increasing self-sufficiency, including, without limitation, training and habilitation services; and

(d) Contributing to the person's community.
