Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 435.060. Operation of facilities by Division

The Division may operate a residential facility for groups to care for and maintain persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities until such a person is able to reside in an appropriate community-based setting that is not a facility.
