Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 435.020. Children entitled to provision of support, education, care and transportation by county commissioners

All children with intellectual disabilities and children with developmental disabilities are entitled to benefits under this section and NRS 435.010 and 435.030:

1. Who are unable to pay for their support and care;

2. Whose parents, relatives or guardians are unable to pay for their support and care; and

3. If division facilities are to be utilized, whom the Division recognizes as proper subjects for services within such division facilities.
