Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 433A.320. Clinical abstract to accompany order

The order for involuntary court-ordered admission of any person to a public or private mental health facility must be accompanied by a clinical abstract, including a history of illness, diagnosis, treatment and the names of relatives or correspondents.
