Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 433A.290. Right of person alleged to be in a mental health crisis to be present and testify

In proceedings for an involuntary court-ordered admission, the person with respect to whom the proceedings are held shall be present and may, at the discretion of the court, testify.
