Money to carry out the provisions of chapters 433 to 433C, inclusive, of NRS must be provided by legislative appropriation from the State General Fund, and paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid. All claims relating to a division facility individually must be approved by the administrative officer of such facility before they are paid.
