Nevada Revised Statutes Title 39. Mental Health § 433.344. Contracts with persons professionally qualified in field of psychiatric mental health for care of persons

The Division may contract with appropriate persons professionally qualified in the field of psychiatric mental health to provide inpatient and outpatient care for persons with mental illness when it appears that they can be treated best in that manner.
