Every employee of the Division, and every person employed by the Division of Child and Family Services of the Department pursuant to chapter 433B of NRS is entitled to submit written information or requests directly to the Commission or its individual members, or appear before it with its permission, but the Commission shall not interfere with the procedures for resolving the grievances of employees in the classified service of the State.
