Nevada Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Welfare § 432.033. Division authorized to prescribe forms for reports and records

To secure accuracy, uniformity and completeness in statistics and information, the Division, in consultation with each agency which provides child welfare services, may prescribe forms of reports and records to be kept by an agency which provides child welfare services and all persons subject to supervision by the Division or investigation pursuant to NRS 432.010 to 432.085, inclusive.
