Nevada Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Welfare § 430A.190. Privileged communications

Except as otherwise provided by a specific statute, any communications made to or documents received by an employee or volunteer at a family resource center from a person to obtain the services of the center are privileged and may not be disclosed without the person's consent or unless so ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
