The essential personal care for which the Division may provide services for a person with a physical disability pursuant to NRS 427A.793 must include assisting the person with the physical disability in:
1. The elimination of wastes from the body.
2. Dressing and undressing.
3. Bathing and grooming.
4. The preparation and eating of meals.
5. Getting in and out of bed.
6. Repositioning while asleep.
7. The use of prostheses and other medical equipment.
8. Moving about.
