Nevada Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Welfare § 426.726. “Severe functional disability” defined

“Severe functional disability” means:

1. Any physical or mental condition pursuant to which a person is unable, without substantial assistance from another person, to eat, bathe and toilet.

2. A traumatic brain injury.
