Nevada Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Welfare § 426.700. Applicability of laws and ordinances to licensee operating vending facility

A licensee operating a vending facility under the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.715, inclusive, is subject to:

1. The provisions of any and all laws and ordinances applying within the territory within which the vending facility is located, including those requiring a license or permit for the conduct of such business or any particular aspect thereof.

2. The provisions of chapter 446 of NRS.
