Nevada Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Welfare § 422.292. Assistance subject to future amending and repealing acts

All assistance awarded pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is awarded and held subject to the provisions of any amending or repealing act that may be enacted, and no recipient has any claim for assistance or otherwise by reason of such assistance being affected in any way by an amending or repealing act.
