Nevada Revised Statutes Title 38. Public Welfare § 422.272368. State Plan for Medicaid: Inclusion of requirement for payment of certain costs for treatment of substance use disorder provided by provider of primary care

The Director shall include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that the State pay the nonfederal share of expenses for any service for the treatment of substance use disorder provided by a provider of primary care if the service is included in the State Plan when provided by a specialist and:

2. As used in this section, “primary care” means the practice of family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology and midwifery.
