Nevada Revised Statutes Title 36. Military Affairs and Civil Emergencies § 413.020. Payment of claims against appropriated money

All claims against money appropriated pursuant to NRS 413.010 must be approved by the wing commander and wing finance officer of Nevada Wing 27001 of the Civil Air Patrol, and the State Board of Examiners. Approved claims must be paid in the same manner as other claims against the State are paid.
